My husband confronted his boss, who admits the background for the nickname and he knows it is being used and is using it himself. My husband asked him if the nickname isn’t bad… then why doesn’t he call him it to his face? Nonetheless I am absolutely HEATED. This is a small family owned company. It is wrong for me to personally go have a chat with his boss or am I best to stay out of it?
