But they've made it so its impossible to listen and make money. Most clinicians have 15 minutes MAX to look at your chart, do a history and physical, diagnose you, treat you, bill you and document your care. Then on to the next one, sure you can spend 35 minutes with every patient but you won't be in business very long. If you thinks that crazy, Teledocs have 27 seconds to make a diagnosis. Anything extra and they are in the weeds. I myself set a timer to spend no more than 15 minutes with each client or else I get in the weeds and people have to wait for hours for care and its a mess. But I was able to make an exception for this patient. And I am so happy that I did.
