I see the persons losing interest when I talk to them

I see the persons losing interest when I talk to them Everything is fine when I rarely manage to talk without stuttering, but when I start to block and the phrase don't come out I see the people whose I talk getting impatient because of it and losing interest in hearing me trying to complete the sentence, I just fell bad about it sometimes, is there something I can do about it?
