Thanks for your post. I really appreciate the suggestions you noted - specially about nurturing our inner child, that is SO true. I 'm sure not many think about that but really should be cognizant of it. I think preparation for interviews is really key and something I need to continually work to improve - anticipate the questions being asked and have a response ready to go.
