I had the worst time saying it at work and would hate when I couldn’t get it out easily. It starts with a “J”. So it goes like “j-j-j”. Anyway, something that happened to work out was wearing my name tag visibly. When I felt I would stutter when introducing myself at work I would just be goofy and point that my name tag. It would cause them to say my name aloud on their own. Lolol. And so when I’d hear them starting to say my name I could say it and it kind of acted as an icebreaker. It’s weird but it worked. All in all, i know you’ve tried everything to just say it, like we all have, so I hope one day that something you tries breaks that word wall for you, for all of us that struggle like this.
