Only thing I would say is to utilize your alone time better. Develop a new skill, deepen your knowledge in something, work longer hours, take a fucking trip around the country with only a small backpack on. People naturally levitate around the successful and/or interesting guy who has things to share. Daydreaming only alienates you further and works counterintuitively, resembling the law of reversed effort. Fluency may or may not come. You still gotta be able to sit down at a table and not be dull. Being dull is actually the obstacle, not the stutter.
