My speech while high

My speech while high When I was younger my stutter used to be severe and I could barely talk and speech therapists gave up hope on me (long story) and said I’ll have it forever. as I grew older it kinda just left, Recently it came back not as severe as it was maybe more light to mild but I’ve noticed after smoking I never or hardly stutter. Is there a reason to this?
