Just to clarify, this is primarily a research tool. One of the problems scientists researching stuttering have is finding participants (so also a plug, if you see ads for research participation, please consider participating.). All participants signed release forms to have their video file submitted to the database. These files often come from previously published research articles. We're trying to grow this database. The transcripts are meant to be run in the language analysis software CLAN.
