Hmmm one trick. Put a hard candy towards the back of your mouth…kinda tucked in your cheek pocket. Then gently suck on it. That create an almost natural pause. Works sometimes. But I mostly end up biting on the candy and eating it 🤦🏻‍♂️ . So yah works for 30 seconds hahahaha.
