I’ve had a stutter since I could talk. I look at it this way, the people that don’t have the patience to listen aren’t worth your time. Neither are the ones that assume your unintelligent due to it. My stutter tends to have bad weeks every year or so. That week is hard because just talking saps my energy. The way i handle it is keep on talking and teach people a thing or two about patience :)
