There is a lot more to it than just reading aloud. It’s your call. Check out the website. Walking will make you lose weight but you have to cut the calories also. You have to keep walking and not quit until you reach your goal. Then maybe keep walking to maintain your fitness. Same method. It works. No magic pill. But you have to put the work in. Most people in today’s society want things handed to them. If you do, this is not the system. I won’t coach anyone who doesn’t do their homework.
