I’m working on this aswell, it’s hard to talk about it because it’s something that I have always been embarrassed of. But I have talk a lot about it to my wife and she has been understanding and let’s me talk at my own pace. But slowly I’m branching out to my parents and siblings to atleast learn to accept it.
