Some say breath from the diaphragm, like a singer. Some say talk on the exhale. My uncle tells me to stretch vowel sounds. All of this planning before every sentence can't be good for an anxious person like myself. But I've know some people who just do a practice 15 minutes a day to make their stutter more mild.
