Hey I’m the guy who made this post. I have been on B1 300mg daily ever since. I tested it for three weeks and it worked wonders. Vey fluent. Almost no stuttering. Great sleep quality. Then I added 300mg Mg and it made me very tired. Mg is a muscle relaxer and I definitely saw that effect. My fingers and my limb would go numb in the sense that I did not feel like moving them. I became mentally tired and sleepy quite easily. I didn’t notice much of an improvement compared to B1 alone. So I got off Mg and occasionally take it. I have been incredibly fluent in the past two months. I have engaged in deep theological conversations that lasted for 2-3 hours without even fearing that I’d stutter at some point. I think you should keep it up for two more weeks and then make a post about it.
