I understand what you mean but that's just the way he comes off because of the language-barrier, actually if you look at his previous comment his outlook on speech therapy was more neutral than anything but even if it wasn't, at the end of the day you are the only one who knows whether your speech therapy is working or not. This guy can claim whatever he wants, it's his experience with stuttering, take it with the same grain of salt as you'd take any other piece of info on reddit.
