Nah mate, I just assumed that being a TEFL teacher would be harder to do in Japan. Since Japan is more developed with 1/10 the population of China and I had done some research, it seemed that you needed serious qualifications to do TEFL in Japan compared to the developing economy of China. So, I assumed China would be easier to do TEFL in. But in general, I’d accept both Japan and China to do TEFL in since I love and have good interest in East Asian nations. Maybe I slightly prefer China since it is larger in size and not as western so the experience would be different than in the USA, but Japan would be dope too for other reasons.
