No, in my country stuttering is not considered a disability. So no special opportunities for me. Yes, it's an opportunity but only for the minorities and the rich. The rich can bribe government officials and avail those benefits. This system fosters discrimination as people who were born in the minority can work less hard than the general people and still get those opportunities and jobs. Only the private sector is free of this cancer but some politicians want to milk their vote banks(minorities) and are pushing bills to introduce reservations in the private sector as well. Truly a fucked up country
