How to move forward and f*ck stuttering

How to move forward and f*ck stuttering Hello, im on my 20s and I have a job as a back end developer on a mid-range startup. Recently, I have been more involved on meetings with vendors from another countries, as English is not my first language, I stutter way more than I do when I speak my mother tongue. I'm on a stage of my life that I feel that if I don't improve my speech, I will not be able to grow professionally and reach my goals... does anybody have been there? Does anybody experienced stutter in another language? I would appreciate any tips.
