I do not think stammering is caused by having crowded teeth or a misaligned jaw no. ​ Personally I do I have an underbite but my teeth are fine, and I have a very bad stammer worse than youre describing. Stammering for most people is not caused physically but mentally. I have been to stammering courses and most people had normal teeth / jaws.
