speech and language therapy

speech and language therapy Currently I'm in speech therapy and... I suck at it... the whole point of this is for me to talk so my therapist can hear my stutter and suggest techniques to help with it, but the thing is... idk how to talk and I don't mean like I can't talk I mean I don't know how to hold a conversation, I don't know how to verbally respond and my answers aren't longer then Max 10 words... any advice to improve on this? (And no I am not autistic or mentally disabled)
