Yes. My stutter was less bad in high school and early on in college, and I was a massive extrovert as a result. Had a couple of great relationships, and was known as being one of the overall brightest people in the class. Now, I cannot muster up the courage to talk to someone I don't know, and I'm embarrassed when I talk to anyone I do know.
