Hey, I’m a speech pathologist and it sounds like the stutter is progressing and getting worse. Generally, when stutters are accompanied by behaviours such as eye twitching/clenching it is a sign the stutter is more prominent and we would certainly begin treating that especially if it’s been happening for a while and is affecting her ability to communicate. I would ask your speech therapist to consider working on it. Potentially the speech therapist is not confident in working with stuttering or wants to see if it will resolve on its own? So I would definently talk to her about it
