How can I stop stuttering or atleast reduce it

How can I stop stuttering or atleast reduce it I stutter too much. I even stutter when I talk to my best friend, which I thought couldn't happen because I thought you only stutter when you're nervous. I'm going to change schools this year and I just know I'm gonna get bullied a lot. So how can I stop it
