Just keep talking and making fluid sounds… Try to practice with very simple speech modifications… First, make a breathy sound on every exhale. Extend that sound to a slow whispery, smooth sound. Then use that sound to prime your vocal folds, and make super light contact with your tongue and/or lips to voice a one-syllable word involving your block. Practice that basic modification until it is comfortable and natural. We seem to have a habit of having a bad day/week/month and then we get frustrated and stop talking all together for extended periods of time. This doesn’t help us. We need more mindful experience making noises that we never habitualized.
