Would you call my stutter mild, moderate or severe?

Would you call my stutter mild, moderate or severe? Would you say my stutter is mild, moderate or severe? I have speech blocks. Usually every sentence I block but usually only in the middle of the sentence and/or in the beginning is of a sentence, and then I usually only block on one letter and then I am stuck for like 3-5 seconds. Sp basically 2 blocks per sentence, which last about 3-5 seconds per block, so 6-10 seconds I block per sentence on average. I do have some fluent sentences sometimes but barely. Someone said this is severe. I asked my parents and they say my stutter is moderate. What do you think?
