This is true! Especially for one who observes his stutter mindset for the first time. The feels of draining reduces if he: ​ * finally has a complete list of his triggers/attachments * reduces reacting to triggers (less ruminating, less fight or flight response) In my experience, the most draining is: observing **justifying/identifying positive triggers**. Because they are so normal for me that I don't want to give up on my old identity. It's also draining because in my opinion it's unacceptable to stop compulsion.
