College is nothing like high school. People are paying a lot of money to be there, not being forced to be there. You will be around actual adults and young adults so the maturity and emotional intelligence, will be higher among your peers. At the end of the day everyone is there to learn so your stutter means nothing to the people around you. Just keep those things in mind when your anxiety starts to spike.
