I used to go to this therapist that said that my stuttering had cycles of seven years. She treated me since I was very very young till I was like 20. I improved a lot and I did observe that it all happened in waves, so I understand how you feel. The thing with the /h/ is new, but I always had problem with /p/ and /b/.
