I have a stutter as well and I’m about to interview for a barista position at 3 pm today. To me, it’s all about owning the stutter and being at peace with it, every time I meet someone new and I start stuttering I always tell them. Creates a stronger bond, gives me more confidence and it makes me care less about it.
