Oh sure. I think everyone in this subreddit would agree with that in general. I think there are reliable techniques but the catch is that they don’t work for everyone at every given time. How stuttering affects a person and how it manifests in someone’s speech is so variable both situationally and across time. So, i think it makes sense that the treatments should also be variable, or at least individual specific. What doesn’t work for you now may work for you in the future or in a different situation.
