Hello man! I am Viktor 19M from Bulgaria. I conquered my stutter and love to share my advice on how I did it. If you want to see a detailed post on what I did, you can click [here](https://www.reddit.com/r/Stutter/comments/1iej02e/how_i_conquered_my_stutter_got_jacked_at_the_same/). You are experiencing the problem of "feared words", which I managed to overcome. In reality, there is nothing different about any of the letters or sounds. You can prove this by singing or humming the words you have problems with. You most certainly won't stutter. That means that the problem is psychological. You probably accumulated trauma regarding these sounds when you were younger. That created a belief in your mind that you can't say these sounds without stuttering, which in turn makes you stutter. See how you immediately highlighted the problematic words in your post? You psyched yourself out that you have a problem, when in reality there is nothing physically wrong with you. My way of overcoming that problem was simple: 1. I read from a dictionary every day to gather confidence that I can say the problematic sounds 2. I tried not to avoid substituting these words with easier to say words in normal speech 3. I was patient - Personally it took me 2 years, start to finish, to defeat stuttering. It is a slow process You can also DM me freely and ask any other questions you might have about conquering stuttering. I am here to help!
