Focus. Being conscious of how you feel and how you speak everytime your in a conversation. So next time your in a given situation you push yourself to not let that happen again. There is one way I know will help the most but I don’t wanna seem like a lunatic by people who don’t know what I am doing. I find getting motivated by anger to be extremely useful.
