Hello brother, I say you are my brother because we are in the EXACT same situation. I am also 23 and have experienced everything you just mentioned, almost as if I had written it myself. If you want someone to talk to, I am open. We can just type, or speak on discord or skype with voice if you want. My speech isnt great, but I have been on some courses; maybe I can give you some tips. The first step, is to acknowledge that you have a stammer. Unfortunately there is no cure, you have to accept it and try to make the best of life. Sometimes the fear of stammering, is worse than the stammer its self. The fear, prevents you from doing the things you want to do. Not always the stammer. I suffer from this my self, and everyday I am trying to stop being to afraid of the world. Speaking to other people who know exactly how you feel, I think really helps. I live in London and I go to a support group, and trust me it helps. Not because I learn how to control my stutter, just speaking to people who understand helps a lot. As I said, if you have want to speak to me. I will be open to it.
