I'm sorry you had to go through this. There is still plenty good things in your life, I bet. We have this shit but still plenty to live for and be happy. Just try to accept it and maybe prepare workaround as I did: have a text-to-speech app on your main screen so in the shops I can type and show, by the phone I can just play it.
