Everyone has speech imperfections (yes, fluent ppl do have repetitions and prolongations!, but they flow easily into the next sound and have no associated emotional response) People do pick up on speaking patterns of those around them. It’s entirely possible for someone to use more repetitions if around a PWS, but it shouldn’t be considered Stuttering bc there won’t be blocks, avoidance behaviors and fear-based emotions attached.
