The same thing happened to me a more than a few times - doing pretty well with phone calls then horrible anxiety/inability to use the phone after a bad call. If you have a job that requires phone use, I think you will just naturally get better at it over time with practice. Something about having to do it all the time makes it not such a big deal after a while Not sure how you feel about medication, but I did get anti anxiety meds from my doctor that I take every once in a while when I’m having a particularly bad day. Not something to become reliant on, but I found it helpful
