How much mg of ashwaganda is recommended daily for stuttering? Ive started my journey like 3-4 months ago testing vitamin b1 with magnesium, i used to take around 300mg of vitamin b1 seperated, 100mg in the morning, 100mg midday and 100mg before sleeping, ive seen that people usually did increased the dose and took 2x3 not 1x3, but ive never tried it. In the beginning it was okay, taking vitamin b1 can vary from one person to another and most of the time it can be a unnoticeable placebo effect by us. But i had some slight changes at first and my stuttering got a little softer and i was more relaxed, and then after 1month of taking 3 times per day 100mg i stopped and i started taking just 2 times, when i will wakeup and when i got to bed(200mg), but that was such a little dose compared to the one that ive seen online and people talking about the recommendation, anyway the effect, i can say that i started to wear off but i havent stopped tho, im taking them daily. But recently ive seen that ashwaganda can help a lot with reducing the cortisol and lower stress levels plus anxiety as well, and my stuttering is mainly caused more when im stressed and i dont feel well, its like if theres a specific factor that causes my stuttering, or even to get worse, its stress and anxiety. I thought this was ideal for me and said to myself lets give it a shot. Today it just came in, i ordered the expensive ashwaganda type, clinically tested ksm-66, it has 60pills and one pill contains 300mg with 15mg withanolide, whereas 2pills = 600mg and 60mg withanolides. Can i ask how much should i start taking? Have someone here tried it? Whats the recommended dose and at what time a day and with what i need to take it. Can i take it together with my magnesium and vitamin b1? I would really appreciate if someone can share their experience and let me learn more from this, hopefully it will help me. Thank you.
