Congratulations on your progress! I'd still argue that you started performing those actions because you decided to face your fears (instead of running away from it). THAT is the mindset shift I was talking about. The most important and the most difficult part of what you achieved is the tenacity to succeed in spite of facing repeated failures and ridicule, trusting yourself and trusting the process. This cannot happen without a mindset shift.
