I try to take 200-400mg of magnesium around 6pm, it should help with getting to sleep and staying asleep (without the grogginess of sleeping pills) and also helps with energy, mood, and other intangibles that I think usually contribute to long streaks of bad days when I stutter a lot. Since stuttering is neurological, the better health we can give to our brain, the better chance we stand. See if you can try this and if it helps. I’m sorry for what you are going through, I know what it feels like and it’s devastating.
