DAF devices have been proven to be temporary solutions many times over. Your body will become used to the added sound and will revert to stuttering over time. Furthermore, the companies that sell them are vultures who prey on desperate individuals who stutter with wild prices. Anyone who charges $5000 for what is essentially a hearing aid is morally bankrupt. My device will monitor various aspects of your body during speech, helping you to focus on them during therapy exercises. It will NOT itself reduce your stuttering; it would make you better able to do so yourself. It won't be worn out, only at home during therapy exercises.
