Hi, I think the best thing to do is not overthink your stutter, tell yourself it's a temporary lapse and don't beat yourself up when you think it sounds bad. Be patient, it may not return back to normal as quickly as you'd like! Think back to when you spoke really well and try to remember how confident you felt. Maybe look into managing your temporary anxiety, to see if that can help too.
