Just to add on... I'm 32, and I've stuttered my whole life. I've tried speech therapy, delayed auditory feedback, CBD, anxiety meds, the works. I still stutter. I also work full time as a mechanical engineer designing impressive stuff. I still stutter. I still get upset with myself about it. And he's right. It does get better. You have good days and bad days, but just learn to own it. Learn to play with accents and singing. But don't you dare let anyone tell you it's a deficiency. You're wired a little different, like we all are. You will get through it.
