I can definitely relate. I’ve stuttered most of my life. I also work in the IT industry. What I did to get out of a help desk role was get certifications. I let my resume speak for me. lol. What I found worked best for me is look at job listings and see what certifications they are looking for or what technologies they are using and go learn those. Plus if the company that you are interviewing for can get passed that you have a stutter. Then you don’t want to work for them anyway.
