At some point, you just gotta say \`screw it\` and do what you gotta do. Sure, stuttering can be embarrassing, but the truth is, no one really cares if you don't make a big deal out of it. They don't stay awake at night thinking about it. If you stutter, continue saying what you're saying like it's no biggie, you: A) don't let stuttering hold you back from accomplishing what you want to accomplish B) Show confidence, which also makes it easier for the other person C) At some point, the stuttering stops mattering to you as much as did At least that's what I discovered. Once I recognized stutter as something as troubling as a constant itch, it became and less and less of an issue for me. And people started treating me differently when I became comfortable with my stutter. It has an awesome ripple effect.
