At 18, yeah, take it for the money. If this was a career choice I'd say don't take it because it sounds like a toxic work environment, and, having worked in toxic work environments, it's not worth it in the long haul. For me, it also took welcoming atmospheres and feeling comfortable with the people I was with to feel comfortable stuttering, which greatly reduced how much I stuttered overall. So if this is just a temp job where you'll be making bank before you go to college or something I say go for it but if this is a career move I'd rethink it
