I like that. Being that it's one of their first jobs and they're coming from an outside vendor, I'm concerned whether they're being offered any type of professional development. I'll think more on it and may be bring it up in that context. Our team is big on creating a safe space, so I'll be sure to be tactful and use good judgement on timing. Greatly appreciated!
