Here is a thought. Breath in. Breath out. With your lungs nearly empty, quietly and SLOWLY begin problematic sentences. Elongate the first sound “wh..,,” practice at home until you can do it with more volume but always slow, with controlled breathing. Talking with less force and slower is the key.
