I know how it is. But like me, if you truly want to not let it rule you, you have to do or try EVERYTHING in reach to get rid of it. I went through a lot of ways, I found how much of it is useless. Ones I found useful were meditation and a discovered one, which is intensity. Meditation is good but in my experience you need to hang on to the calmness of it. Which can be difficult but you'd get the hang of it. I'm using this more. Intensity works and it made me talk with demand. The problem is that you can easily get carried away. I found out when I experience extreme happiness or sadness. I don't often use this now Remember! It doesn't work all the time. The moment you stutter, you have to not care about it. This keeps you from going into a cycle of stuttering, getting nervous, stuttering again and getting more nervous.
