They may not restrict it for you but everyone else is not the same as you and we all feel different things, it is not the heat that restricts my breathing it is having something so close to my nose and mouth, especially when I’m having a collective stutter moment (where I seem to be stammering on multiple words and can’t get them out). This is how I feel and I continue to wear a mask but other people, this may affect them a great deal and they might not want to wear a mask on a bad stutter day and that is fine.
