Why do folks use the word "speech therapy"?

Why do folks use the word "speech therapy"? Why does everyone feel the need to say speech therapy 50 times in a post or video??? Why not just say the word therapy........it's so redundant!!---speech therapy, speech therapy: "every try speech therapy" "ive gone to speech therapy" "i went to speech therapy" "techniques taught in speech therapy".......we get it!! We know what kind of therapy stuttering needs........we won't be going to physical therapy for stuttering or occupational therapy for stuttering........!!! It's like folks have the urge to state what kind of therapy we need when it's totally obvious!!! This post is not meant to be taken as obnoxious or rude as it might come across...!!! Just a pet peeve......I went to THERAPY 4 times in the past and relapsed each one...cant speak like crap now...I already punched someone today who made fun of me...it felt great---I felt no remorse!!!
